| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Open and establish a cowl in vertical position. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
| 4. Remove the air filter. |
| 5. Remove an asterisk of the camshaft and the top uspokoitel of a chain. |
| 6. Take off an auxiliary driving belt. |
| 7. Disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector. |
| 8. Unscrew the nuts fixing a pipe for the probe of measurement of level of oil to a final collector. |
| 9. Remove an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve. |
| 10. Unscrew a rack from an inlet collector. On engines with the carburetor unscrew the bolt fixing a rack to a collector. On engines with system of injection of fuel unscrew two bolts and remove a returnable spring of a butterfly valve (see rice. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of an inlet collector on engines with system of injection of fuel). |
| 11. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a heater from the union in a back part of a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. Removal of a hose of supply of cooling liquid from the union in a back part of a head of the block of cylinders). |
| 12. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of an angle of rotation of a bent shaft and the left four-contact socket from the control unit of ignition. |
| 13. Unscrew a nut and disconnect a wire from a clip on fastening of the diagnostic socket. |
| 14. Unscrew the diagnostic socket, then disconnect the socket of gray color from a back part of a nest. |
| 15. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of the cylinders located on a head of the block and an inlet collector (see rice. A detachment of the electric socket from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid). |
| 16. Disconnect vacuum hoses from a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector. |
| 17. Remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the union of an inlet collector. |
| 18. On models with system of injection of fuel take off pressure in the fuel highway. |
| 19. Disconnect the giving and returnable fuel hoses from the carburetor or the regulator of pressure of fuel. Close the ends of hoses the corresponding traffic jams. |
| 20. On models with the air conditioning system unscrew a conditioner pipe arm from a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 21. Remove the generator. |
| 22. Unscrew three top bolts fixing a cover of a driving chain to a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of a cover of a driving chain to a head of the block of cylinders). |
| 23. Check that all wires and hoses are disconnected from a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 24. Working in the sequence, the return to tightening (see rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders), weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on 1/3 turns for each pass before full unscrewing of bolts. |
| 25. Remove a head of the block of cylinders from the block of cylinders. |
| 26. Remove laying of a head of the block of cylinders. |
