3.14. Oil pallet


Engine lubrication system
1 – oil pallet;
2 – the probe for measurement of level of engine oil;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove the lower mudguard of the engine.
4. Remove the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
5. Merge engine oil from the engine.
6. In the presence disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of the engine oil installed in the oil pallet.
7. Remove a casing of the fan of a radiator and arrange it on a krylchatka of the fan.
8. Disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from an inlet collector.
9. Under the car unscrew nuts and remove the exhaust system from an arm on the transmission.
10. Unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
11. Hook on the engine slings of the load-lifting mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
12. In turn from two parties of the car unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of arms of support of the engine.
13. Raise the engine so to get access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
14. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. At the same time note their arrangement as bolts have different length.
15. Remove the oil pallet from the car together with laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear all traces of dirt and oil of the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and block of cylinders.
2. Install new laying on the oil pallet. Screw up bolts of fastening of the oil pallet, working from the center in the diagonal sequence.
3. Lower the engine and tighten the lower bolts of fastening of arms of support of the engine.
4. Remove slings of the load-lifting mechanism from the engine.
5. Screw in the lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
6. Establish the arm fixing the exhaust system to the transmission and fix it by new nuts.
7. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to an inlet collector.
8. Establish a radiator fan casing.
9. In the presence connect электричес a cue the socket to the oil level sensor.
10. Install the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
11. Check that the masloslivny stopper is installed in the pallet and is tightened by the required moment. Establish the lower mudguard of the engine.
12. Install the air filter.
13. Fill in engine oil in the engine.
14. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
