3.6. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders
Removal
Prevention
The head of the block of cylinders is uncovered together with high-voltage wires and a cover of the distributor. At installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use new laying.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the air filter. |
| 3. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. If necessary take electric wires from fastening brackets on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and move them aside. |
| 4. Mark and remove high-voltage wires from spark plugs. |
| 5. Uncover the ignition distributor. |
| 6. Unscrew bolts of fastening and uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 7. Remove laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and, in the presence, remove sealing laying from a forward or back part of a head of the block of cylinders. |

Installation
Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear an internal surface of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders of oil deposits. |
| 2. Establish sealing laying from two parties of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. Establish sealing laying in grooves of a cover and install a cover of a head of the block of cylinders on the engine. |
| 4. Fix a cover by bolts, having tightened them the required moment, and carry out tightening in the sequence shown in the drawing. |
| 5. Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and connect high-voltage wires to spark plugs. |
| 6. Connect hoses of ventilation of a case. |
| 7. Install the air filter. |
| 8. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
| 9. Start the engine and check that there is no leak of oil from under a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
