| 1. Remove the top cover of a driving chain. |
| 2. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft turn a bent shaft of the engine and on all length check a condition of a chain. If the chain during the operation of the engine publishes the increased noise or there is a big axial side play of a chain on an asterisk, the chain needs to be replaced. In the presence of development on chain rollers the chain needs also to be replaced. |

At removal of a chain it is necessary to use an emery circle or vulkanit, for cutting of the coming-out hats of one of chain links.

| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Unscrew spark plugs. |
| 3. Unscrew the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain. |
| 4. Remove the top cover of a driving chain. |
| 5. Remove the top uspokoitel of a chain. |
| 6. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 7. Close pure rags a head of the block of cylinders and space under an asterisk ми camshafts. |
| 8. Using an emery circle or vulkanit, a soshlifuyta of a rivet of one of chain links from an asterisk of the camshaft operating final valves (see the drawing). |
| 9. Remove the fixing plate and a link of a chain from a driving chain. |
| 10. Being careful, remove rags so that metal shaving did not get to a cover of a driving chain. |
| 11. Using a connecting link of a chain, connect the ends of an old and new chain. |
| 12. Supporting a driving chain in constantly tense situation, turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise. At the same time the new chain after old, will pass around asterisks and guides. |
| 13. After emergence of the end of a new chain disconnect an old chain from new. |
| 14. Establish a new chain on an asterisk of the camshaft operating final valves, then connect two ends of a chain. |
| 15. Establish the fixing plate and a rasklepayta a connecting link of a chain. |
| 16. Establish the top uspokoitel of a chain. |
| 17. Establish the top cover of a driving chain. |
| 18. Install the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain. |
| 19. Turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise and install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point and check that all adjusting tags were combined with indexes. |
| 20. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 21. Screw in spark plugs. |
| 22. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
