| 1. Remove a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator and the hydraulic coupling. |
| 2. Remove a plastic casing from a forward cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. Disconnect the central high-voltage wire from an ignition distributor cover. |
| 4. Unscrew bolts, uncover and move towards the ignition distributor, without disconnecting from it other high-voltage wires. |
| 5. Unscrew screws and remove an ignition distributor rotor. |
| 6. Unscrew the central bolt and remove the distributor rotor drive from a camshaft end face. |
| 7. Remove the filter and laying from the top cover of a driving chain. |
| 8. Using a screw-driver edge, remove an old sealing ring. |
| 9. Alternatively drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of a sealing ring in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws. |
| 10. Clear a nest of a sealing ring. |
| 11. To exclude damage of working edges of a sealing ring at its installation, wind a camshaft end face with an adhesive tape. |
| 12. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring. |
| 13. Remove an adhesive tape from a camshaft end face. |
| 14. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
| 15. Forward sealing ring of a bent shaft. |
| 16. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft / a quencher of tortional fluctuations and a nave. |
| 17. Measure depth of installation of a sealing ring. |
| 18. Using a screw-driver edge, take a sealing ring. |
| 19. Alternatively drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws. |
| 20. Clear a nest of a sealing ring. |
| 21. Not to damage working edges of a sealing ring at its installation, wind with an adhesive tape a forward end face of a bent shaft. |
| 22. Dip a new sealing ring into pure engine oil and, using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring in a nest on earlier measured depth. |
| 23. Remove an adhesive tape from an end face of a bent shaft. |
| 24. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft / a quencher of tortional fluctuations and a nave. |
