Removal

Engines without turbo-supercharging

Inlet collector of the engine without turbo-supercharging

A – hose of ventilation of a case;

B – bolts of fastening of a collector;

C – laying;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case from the top part of a branch pipe with branches (see rice. An inlet collector of the engine without turbo-supercharging).
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an inlet collector and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders together with laying.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from an inlet collector (see rice. An inlet collector of the engine with a turbo-supercharging).
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the overload sensor.
4. Unscrew screws and remove airpro-waters, located over a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew bolts and remove an air supply pipe from an inlet collector. Remove laying.
5. Unscrew bolts and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Tighten bolts of fastening of an inlet collector the required moment.
