24.27.1.3. Mechanism of adjustment of installation of height of a seat belt
Prevention
If necessary the lath of the mechanism of adjustment of installation of height of a seat belt can be removed without removal of the panel of finishing. For this purpose include ignition, close a door and put forward the mechanism, then remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Disconnect a belt guide, then take a lath from the panel. At installation insert a lath on 50 mm, at the same time it has to enter gearing with the engine. Then establish a guide of a belt and connect the accumulator.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove a pillow and a back of the corresponding back sitting. |
| 3. Unscrew screws and uncover the forward party of the panel of finishing of a side part of back sitting. |
| 4. Remove consolidation of a door from a door rack. |
| 5. Remove the switch of a window regulator from an armrest and disconnect from it the electric socket. |
| 6. Unscrew screws and remove an armrest. |
| 7. Unscrew screws and remove the protective panel of a threshold of a door. |
| 8. Disconnect and remove the side panel of finishing of salon. |
| 9. On models with the mechanism of a tension of a seat belt disconnect the electric socket from the tension mechanism on an inertial drum. |
| 10. Unscrew a bolt and remove the top fastening of a seat belt. Remove a guide of a belt and disconnect it from the mechanism of adjustment of height of fastening of a seat belt. |
| 11. Disconnect the electric socket from the control unit of the mechanism of adjustment of installation of height of a seat belt and the electric motor. |
| 12. Unscrew a bolt and remove the control unit. |
| 13. Unscrew bolts and remove the mechanism of adjustment of installation of height of a seat belt. |
