USPOKOITEL OF THE DRIVING CHAIN
Removal
Arrangement of the brackets of fastening connecting an external and internal part of an uspokoitel of a chain
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point and check that all adjusting tags were combined with indexes. |
| 2. Remove the lower cover of a driving chain. |
| 3. Using paint, apply combination tags on a driving chain and an asterisk of the camshaft. |
| 4. Using a screw-driver edge, release brackets of fastening and remove an external part of an uspokoitel of a chain (see rice. Arrangement of the brackets of fastening connecting an external and internal part of an uspokoitel of a chain). |
| 5. Move a driving chain forward as far as possible and remove an internal part of an uspokoitel from clamps on the block of cylinders. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a condition of an uspokoitel and brackets of fastening of external and internal parts of an uspokoitel and, if necessary, replace an uspokoitel assembled. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take away a driving chain forward as far as possible and install an internal part of an uspokoitel on clamps in the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Establish a chain on an internal part of an uspokoitel, establish an external part of an uspokoitel and fix by brackets. |
| 3. Establish a camshaft asterisk. |
| 4. Establish the lower cover of a driving chain. |

After drawing tags of combination on a chain and an asterisk of a bent shaft (arrow) take off a boot of the mechanism of a tension (1). |

| 3. Using paint, apply combination tags on a link of a driving chain and an asterisk of a bent shaft. |
| 4. Turn a boot of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain and remove it from a hinged finger (see rice. Removal of a boot of the mechanism of a tension). |

| 1. Establish a tension mechanism boot on a hinged finger. |
| 2. Check that adjusting tags of the mechanism of gas distribution are combined with indexes. |
| 3. Check combination of tags on a link of a driving chain and an asterisk of a bent shaft. |
| 4. Establish the lower cover of a driving chain. |
