Removal

Throttle case

A – fixing bolts;

B – accelerator cable;

C – cable of management of pressure

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove an inlet collector.
3. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the throttle case. On models with the automatic transmission disconnect a cable of management of pressure from draft of a butterfly valve (see the drawing).
4. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses from the throttle case
5. Mark and disconnect all electric sockets from the throttle case.
6. In the presence unscrew a bracket of fastening of a pipe of the oil heater from the throttle case basis.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the throttle case from the engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Establish and, if necessary, adjust an accelerator cable. On cars with the automatic transmission establish and, if necessary, adjust a cable of management of pressure.
